This class offers a great full-body workout that requires use of every major muscle group and includes interval training. Each student will go through high-intensity workouts but at their own athletic ability as well. The focus in this class is to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, & balance! All levels welcome.

This is an introduction to MMA fundamentals and also fun fitness & conditioning course designed to give you a total body exhaustion.

Jiu Jitsu

For those who wish to start learning jiu jitsu basics and fundamental techniques or just curious about the martial art. This is also a no gi class.
